Abby’s Blog: Healthy Lunch Ideas

These are some of my favorite lunch ideas. I alway bring my water bottle and reuseable containers, and bring my stuff home for recycling. My mom always adds fruit and either a bar or other snack for me.  

  1. Cottage cheese, wheat crackers and blueberries
  2. Pasta  with broccoli sprinkled with parmesan cheese
  3. Ham and cheese on wheat roll
  4. Peanut butter and banana sandwich
  5. Magic apples (apple slices with cinnamon and sugar)
  6. Homemade corn dogs
  7. Pizza bites or bagel pizzas
  8. Lunch kabob-Ham, pineapple, cheese cubes
  9. Mini quiches (eggs, bacon, cheese veggies)
  10. Turkey meatballs on a roll
  11. Turkey tacos 
  12. Tortilla wraps (turkey, cheese, ham) 
  13. Chicken nuggets with ranch dip
  14. Cheese sandwich
  15. Brunch lunch

When we make any of these, we always pick local, organic or all natural ingredients to keep them healthy. What’s your favorite lunch?
